STX-671-20 Universal Turbine Wheel Cups                                       

The STX-671-20 Universal Turbine Wheel Cups are designed to accommodate virtually all versions of Lionel’s postwar turbines, motorized units and GG-1s. This is accomplished by use of removable quartering pins (there are actually three locations for quartering). With these cups, you can press wheels for the 671, 681, 682, 2020, 41, 42, 51, 53, 54, 55, 56, 2330, 2332, 2340 and 2360. Cups are made from tool grade steel and blackened for rust protection. They fit all presses currently made, including the original Lionel ST-350.

STX-UPO Universal Prewar Wheel Cups             

Our proudest accomplishment, the STX-UPO Universal Prewar Wheel Cups have been designed to accommodate a large variety of prewar, “O” gauge wheels. These cups specifically have been made to fit reproduction wheels for the 150 series engines (solid and spoked), 257, 258, 255, 260, 263, 261, 262, 249 and 259. They will accommodate wheels with external connecting rod studs as well. This cup uses removable quartering pins and has three quartering points for various wheels. This cup can also be used for various postwar wheels such as the early 1666 and some of the switchers. Easily the most versatile and useful wheel cup ever made, and a must for any serious train repair shop. These cups fit all presses including the original Lionel ST-350.

STX-STD Standard Gauge Wheel Cups

The STX-STD wheel cup set consists of a Base Cup and Hub Driver, along with two different size quartering pins. This methodology allows for maximum versatility as these cups are designed to install and quarter all Lionel BAL, Super Motor and cast iron (early STD) wheels. Cups can be used to install ALL standard and wide gauge wheels, as well as many O gauge wheels.

These cups will not fit into a Lionel press (throat height). They require a wider throat such as the STX-360.
